Reactor Watch Warranty

Reactor’s warranty is simple and straight forward: If anything goes wrong with your REACTOR watch in the first two years of ownership, they will either repair it or replace it at their expense. Here’s the “not so small print”: broken crystals, dead batteries, abuse and normal wear and tear are not considered manufacturing defects and are not covered by their warranty.

If your watch needs service, return it along with a copy of the REACTOR Service Return Form to:

If you have questions about service or if your repair is covered under warranty, please call Reactor directly at 800-291-6600. When returning your watch, make sure it is packed securely in a padded envelope or box and insured for the full purchase price. Reactor’s service center is committed to returning your watch within 7 days of receiving it.
